MyMA is a community driven art organization. We are building a free social and professional platform for artists, institutions and enthusiasts to connect, discover and share art, and host and promote their opportunities and programming.

What is MyMA Artist grant?

MyMA Artist Grant is a monthly juried grant that provides an unrestricted $500 award to one artist each month. In addition to the award, we publish a written or video profile of the grant winner on our website and social channels.
In addition to the winner, our jury panel recognizes 5 artists as honorable mentions each month. The profiles of the honorable mentions will be published on our website and social channels.
No application fee is required to apply to the grant series, so we encourage artists working in any media to apply every month as our independent jury panel changes every month.

How do I get considered for MyMA editorial and social media features?

All artists with complete profiles are considered for our editorial and social media features. Our editorial staff is also informed by our jurors’ applicant shortlist from our grant series.
